What if I need to return an item?

Customers have 7 working days, from receiving goods, in which to cancel the order.

Goods to be returned within 10 day period.

Providing cancellation is within the 7 day period, customers are entitled to full refund.

Administration, re-stocking fee will apply if cancelled outside the 7 day period.

C&B Systems are not liable for the costs of returning goods if outside this 7 day period.

Full refund on postage and packing on original order.



C&B Systems are unable to accept returns of custom-made goods.
