| Returns Policy Written authorisation must be obtained from the C&B Systems office before the return of goods .C&B Systems cannot guarantee that any product returned to us without written authorisation will be eligible for a refund or replacement. Application must be received within 10 days of delivery to you. Goods are to be returned to C&B Systems at your expense in an unused, unopened condition without seals or wrapping being removed or broken. A copy of authorisation issued by C&B Systems should accompany goods. Handling charges will apply on all returned goods unless it is a C&B Systems error. All refunds exclude carriage. Your payment will be refunded within 30 days of receipt subject to the terms and conditions as above. C&B Systems are unable to accept returns of custom-made goods. |
