| Making A Purchase Delivery costs outside UK Mainland to be agreed prior to purchasing. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post. Payments will be taken at midnight on day of purchase. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. | Delivery Schedule Delivery costs outside UK Mainland to be agreed prior to purchasing. Normal standard product consignments* will be delivered next day, on the UK Mainland without a delivery charge, upto an order value of £3,000 to the buyer's warehouse. Orders less than £200 net value, excluding VAT, will incur a small order charge of £20. Consignments above this value may require special transport and Franke Sissons reserve the to charge as necessary. All deliveries to Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands are on a standard 3 day carrier service and these deliveries are priced on an "ex-works" basis. Deliveries to Northern Ireland are chargeable on a standard 3 day carrier. Deliveries that cannot be completed due to fault of the customer are to be charged for. If standard product consignments are required pre-10.30am on the next working day, then a minimum charge of £35 will be made. Delivery Charge: Orders less than £200 net value, excluding VAT, will incur a delivery charge of £20. Special Orders: Franke Sissons reserve the right to charge as necessary for the special deliveries or timed deliveries (including Saturdays), made at the request of the customer. Site Delivery Charge: A minimum of 5% of the value of the order will be charged for site delivery for all consignments delivered to addresses other than the buyers warehouse, the charge to be quoted at the time of requesting a site delivery. |

| Guarantee Franke Sissons products have a 5 year warranty, from the date of supply by Franke Sissons , against faulty workmanship in the manufacture, providing the stainless steel products are regularly cleaned with Franke Sissons cleaning products or with warm soapy water. Taps, water controls, safety equipment and waste disposal machines are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of supply by Franke Sissons. We recommend that water controls also cleaned regularly with warm soapy water to maintain their appearance. |
